Over 12 years computer hardware/software, accounting and admin experience, worked in different capacities as a team member of marketing manager, system analyst, customer support, accounts and auditing. I am currently working in Sharp Manufacturing of UK as operator. My duties are to check the the quality of Solar Panel with respect to efficiency on different light situations through a simulator in real a real time environment.

Work Experience in United Kingdom

During my study period I worked in various companies as part time operator some of the work in Micro Computer Works (MCW) in Wrexham and then in MWR Solutions added a lot of valuable experience.

Presently during summer holidays working in Sharp Manufacturing of UK as an operator. In sharp my duties to inspect grade quality of Solar Panel by using real time simulator and software application in various light situations and save data in computer. In sharp I am working through GAP Personal. This present job is temporary up to the end of September but need to left early it needs one week notice.

MWR Solutions Ltd. on internship (November 2008 to June 2009) Wrexham Industrial Estate

In MWR Solutions my duties involve to provide all IT related service in company which includes

·         Installation of windows operating system and management of server 2003 in a domain environment

·         Repair and maintenance and up-gradation of computers, laptop, network printers

·         Network management of more then 25 employee’s computers and laptop

·         Handle day to day queries regarding emails, various software & hardware issues and network problems 

·         Installation of various applications on employee’s computers

·         General day to day updating of website

·         Daily and weekly backup of all user’s data according to the company requirement

·         Data input of accounts and stocks and some time recorded sales in Sage 50.

·         Preparing of time sheet to helping HR department

·         Helping hand with purchase department getting quotes and analyzing

·         Also got training for repair and maintenance of 2.3KW Bystronic Laser Cutter

·         In busy time help the assembling department for assembling of Troop seat and Boat Seat.

Worked in HOYA LUX (an eye glass company) (Term time Summer Holidays June 2007 to October 2007)

I worked in HOYA LUX five month in mounting department. The recruiting company was Brighter Prospects Wrexham.

Worked 45 days in MCW Group in Business Park Wrexham. (Term time August & September)  

In MCW Group I worked in IT department for installation of network cables and equipment in various locations based on Bradford and Hartsfield student hostel. There with team of 4 members worked for installation of new networking equipment and provide connectivity to each student in student accommodation in Bradford and university of Hartsfield. Also provide customer support in head office regarding connectivity problems arises to student on various remote locations.

MBS (Medical Billing Services USA) MBS is a medical billing company having call center in Pakistan. My work in this company is of multi skill to manage the network hiring the new staff getting data from USA. Keep the performance log of every employee and report to head office in USA. Being network admin I also manage all network activities by using Linux 9.1 OS on server side and Windows 2000 on client side.

In this call center I manage a VOIP service as to run live US lines in call center in Pakistan.

At Pakistan On-Line I was appointed as an Assistant Network Engineer and promoted to the position of a Network Engineer. My primary responsibilities were to manage all internet related support at client sites and ensuring a smooth operation. Additionally, I was responsible to manage local area network in house.

The position helped further strengthen my capabilities of successfully handling all internet related issues and support in all aspects of problem solving on personal computers. I also managed different operating systems both in house and at client sites.

Worked as an interne at Amin Ijaz CA firm as part of a coop program from the college. I was able to convert my educational experience into practical experience under the supervision of a ten member auditor’s team.
